United Way’s Southern Dallas Thrives and Empowering the Masses partner to open a first-of-its-kind Community Market. Last month marked an inspiring moment for the communities of Southern Dallas. On Saturday, Oct. 28, our North Texas neighbors came out in force to celebrate the opening of the new Community Market, the latest venture from Empowering the Masses.
